Abstract:ABSTRACT Objective To improve the ability of diagnosis and differential diagnosis of Bile Duct Hamartomas by exploring the characteristics of ultrasound. Methods From January 2015 to May 2020,37 patients with MRI confirmed BDH in our hospital (3 of whom were diagnosed by pathology) were retrospectively analyzed to summarize the sonographic characteristics. To summarize the ultrasonic image characteristics:1.Irregular cystic changes with the diffuse distribution in the liver; 2. Multiple hyperechoic nodules in the liver; 3. The diffuse punctate strong echo with comet tail features in the liver. Results In 37 cases of BDH ,Ultrasound diagnosis was found in 25 cases of BDH ,6 cases of diffuse liver lesions ,4 cases of hepatocirrhosis and 2 cases of hepatic multiple cysts.Characteristics of ultrasonic image:a .intrahepatic diffuse irregular cystic pathological changes (diameter less than 1.5 cm)(97.3%);b.diffuse echo thickening in b liver (78.4%); c.multiple hyperechoic nodules in c liver (diameter less than 10 cm)(54.1%); d.high light spots diffusely distributed in the d liver with tail sign (56.8%); e.liver capsule finishing (94.6%); f.liver stiffness (LSM)LSM:7.16±1.99kpa。Conclusion The ultrasound findings of cholangihamartoma in the liver are characteristic, and the interpretation of the typical ultrasound findings can improve the ultrasound diagnostic ability of the disease and reduce misdiagnosis.
