| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的形成与脑卒中的关系。方法 对 60例脑卒中患者及 5 0例正常人进行颈动脉超声检测 ,了解有无斑块形成 ,进行斑块质地判断。结果 脑卒中患者有 5 7例发现颈动脉内存在不同程度的动脉粥样硬化斑块 ,正常对照组 6例有颈动脉粥样硬化斑块 ,脑卒中组与对照组比较 ,有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 动脉粥样硬化斑块的形成是脑卒中的病理基础

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the correlation between carotid atherosclerotic plaque and cerebral apoplexy. Methods Ultrasonographic features of carotid plaque were detected in 60 patients with cerebral apoplexy and 50 normal controls. Results The carotid plaques were found in 57 patients and only 6 normals, respectively(P<0.01). Conclusions Atherosclerotic plaque is the pathologic basis of cerebral apoplexy. |
